US defeats Australia 2-0 in 2nd World Cup win


The US men’s soccer team defeated Australia on Friday, in their second winning World Cup match.

Friday’s win comes after a dominant 4-1 victory over Paraguay last Friday that earned widespread praise and attention for the team’s performance on the pitch.

US star player Christian Pulisic missed Friday’s match because of a calf injury and was replaced by Ricardo Pepi.
